Moving Day®

Are you ready to join the movement that’s changing the landscape of Parkinson’s? Then Moving Day® is your day. Walk along an enjoyable route designed for all ages and fitness levels. Walk for a family member, friend, neighbor, co-worker – or walk with them.

Moving Day® is more than just a walk. It highlights “movement” and exercise as a symbol of hope and progress because of its essential role in treating Parkinson’s disease. Our event features a unique Movement Pavilion, with stations such as seated exercise, dance, and the Parkinson's Experience. Whether you take part on a team or join as an individual, you’ll get a chance to move with supporters who share a common goal — to help beat Parkinson’s.

Moving Day® is FREE to register, although we do hope that you will fundraise on behalf of the National Parkinson Foundation Heartland.
