Are you ready to join the movement that’s changing the landscape of Parkinson’s? Then Moving Day is your day. Walk along an enjoyable route designed for all ages and fitness levels. Walk for a family member, friend, neighbor, co-worker – or walk with them.
Moving Day is more than just a walk. It highlights “movement” and exercise as a symbol of hope and progress because of its essential role in treating Parkinson’s disease. Our event features a unique Movement Pavilion, with stations such as seated exercise, dance, and the Parkinson's Experience. Whether you take part on a team or join as an individual, you’ll get a chance to move with supporters who share a common goal — to help beat Parkinson’s.
Moving Day is FREE to register, although we do hope that you will fundraise on behalf of the National Parkinson Foundation Heartland.
