Wall of Honor

We would like to honor those living with Parkinson's disease, caregivers of Pd patients, and those who are no longer with us. For your donation of $100, we will honor your chosen one with a photo plaque as part of our "Wall of Honor" at the BasketBALL. After the event, the photos will be displayed at the NPF Heartland office as a tribute to those we serve.
